Master’s degree with emphasis in business or economics or related field
Minimum of five years experience working in business enabling environment
Previous experience performing assessments of design and implementation of business entry (registration) programs, in addition to assessment of outcomes/results achieved by the program
Working knowledge of qualitative and quantitative methodological approaches to data collection and analysis
International development experience in donor-funded programs preferred
International travel required
