Description:
Cardno Emerging Markets, Belgium s.a. is currently looking for a HRD Tourism Expert for a long term mission in Vietnam. The aim of the project is to provide support for capacity building in the tourism sector and particularly Vietnam National Administration of Tourism (VNAT) in responsible tourism policy making, planning and management.
Qualifications: Advanced degree in a relevant field

10+ years of HRD professional experience in the area of tourism with donor-funded work, EU desired

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Good knowledge of Vietnam and sub-region is an asset

Fluency in English required

Qualified Vietnamese nationals and regional professionals are encouraged to apply.
