Advanced degree in a relevant field
10+ years experience leading teams on complex projects in the financial sector
Technical expertise in mortgage lending/finance required
Ability to build and effectively manage a diverse team of employees
Demonstrated ability to establish successful collaborative working relationships with stakeholders from the private and public sector
Experience working in Sub-Sahara or Francophone Africa preferred
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Fluency in English and French required
World Bank/IFC experience preferred
