Description:	Cardno Emerging Markets USA, Ltd. (Cardno) is currently seeking Advisors for an anticipated USAID-funded land administration reform project in Afghanistan. This project will involve working with communities and formalizing their engagement in a land policy for integrating informal settlements in the urban planning of target cities. It will reform the processes and facilities of land registry for quick and easy property registration and transfers, organized document management, rapid information access and effective overall functioning. Long-term as well as short-term positions are available in the following areas: • Land Registration • Land Policy • Land Rights • Legal Specialist in Land • Property Tax
Qualifications:	5 years of relevant professional experience required Professional experience in developing countries and with donor-funded work USAID desired Fluency in English; Dari or Pashto language skills preferred
