Description:	Cardno Emerging Markets USA, Ltd. (Cardno) is seeking a Chief of Party for an upcoming USAID-funded enterprise development and market competitiveness project in Armenia. The project is designed to promote growth in selected value chains with export potential, and focus on SMEs.
Qualifications:	Advanced degree in a relevant field 10+ years experience managing private sector enterprise development projects, preferably in Southeastern Europe/Eurasia Experience should include management of projects focused on business competitiveness, value chain development, enterprise/small business development, agriculture/rural development, and access to finance Other technical areas of knowledge and experience that would be helpful: Business development services, export promotion, PPPs, grants, association development, sectoral-specific experience (agriculture, tourism, food processing, crops) Ability to build and effectively manage a diverse team of employees Demonstrated ability to establish successful collaborative working relationships with a broad range of stakeholders, including businesses, associations, banks, government, and local organizations Familiarity with USAID policies and procedures Familiarity with Armenia a plus Excellent written and oral communication skills English fluency required
