Description: Cardno Emerging Markets USA Ltd., (Cardno) is seeking a Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) Advisor for an upcoming Market Facilitation activity in the Pacific Region. The M&E Advisor will play a senior management/leadership role with responsibility for the overall M&E architecture of the program.
Qualifications:

Advanced degree in business administration, economics, or other relevant field

 5+ years of experience in designing and implementing monitoring and evaluation systems, information analysis and impact evaluation in development programs, preferably in private sector development

Demonstrated ability to implement M&E processes that influence program implementation
Experience with market development approaches preferred

Experience with donor-funded projects (USAID, DFID, or AusAID) Work experience in the Asia-Pacific region is preferred

Excellent numeracy, analytical, written and oral communications, and networking skills


English fluency required
